| The Julian Weaver House Julian Weaver built his Italianate style house near the Minnesota River in 1878. When the flooding created problems for Minnesota Ave., the house was moved (and saved from demolition) to it's new location at 863 Lincoln St, Granite Falls, MN. As of Dec. 4, 2009, the Weaver House has a new owner. Congratulations and we hope you enjoy living there as much as we enjoyed restoring it to this point.
