| The Gullickson Family Gladys (Gullickson) Hanson lived on neighboring farm, across the road from Holt House. She married Ben Frederickson in 1963 and moved into Holt House. She was the Great Aunt of present owner, Mary Gillespie. |
| The Morrill Family This family is current owner, Mary Gillespie's maternal side. Hannah (Chase) Morrill moved from Loudon, NH to Granite Falls in the 1880s. She was a cousin to Clara Holt and her son, Samuel, built Hillside Farm, the brick house across the road from Holt House. Another connection is Alma Gullickson, Harold Morrill's wife whose sister, Gladys lived in the house more recently Morrill Online |

| The Gillespie Family This is the paternal side family of current Holt House owner, Mary Gillespie. She grew up and attended school in Granite Falls and purchased Holt House in 2001.
